Just found iOS 4.0.1 Custom Firmware for iPhone 3GS Old Bootrom to Jailbreak iPhone 3GS with the Easy way without need to launch Sn0wbreeze or PwnageTool and create your own Custom Firmware, Here's a ready Custom Firmware, all you have to do is to restore with this Firmware using iTunes.. Note: Your Device must be pre-jailbroken on iOS 4, If not then you can use use PwnageTool on Mac or Sn0wbreeze on Windows to Jailbreak iOS 4 on iPhone 3GS Old Bootrom.

Sherif Hashim one of the dev-team members sent a tweet confirmed that baseband 05.14.01 and above makes ultrasn0w 0.93's exploit obsolete, he sent the tweet to warn iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS users should stay on iOS 4.0 & iOS 4.0.1 and don't update to newer iOS versions, or they will not be able to unlock their iPnones.
I think DevTeam have to rewrite Ultrasn0w again to works on the baseband but don't expect it anytime soon as they already done with ultrasn0w 0.94 that would unlock iPhone 4.
Last Week iOS 4.1 Beta 1 Released for Developers, Now the Beta 2 of iOS 4.1 has been released and it's available for Download if you have a developer account to access Apple's developers Center to be able to download the SDK of iOS 4.1 Beta 2.

The iPhone Dev Team has just posted that Apple started Doing "Soft" SHSH Blobs Check Starting from iOS 4, This means that like the 3GS and the iPhone 4, if iTunes can’t get your blobs (due to signing window being closed), the iTunes restore will error out.
Those of you with jailbroken iPhone3G and ipt2G devices may now have noticed Cydia starting to save your SHSH blobs too, just like it does for iPhone3GS, ipt3G and later devices. That’s because starting with 4.0, Apple started putting a “soft” SHSH blob check in the firmware. The SHSH blob check is very real in the sense that if iTunes can’t get your blobs (because the Apple signing window has closed), the iTunes restore will error out. But it’s “soft” in the sense that those devices can always use redsn0w or PwnageTool to get past the error (the bootroms themselves for those devices don’t require blobs to be in the firmware files, unlike the newer bootroms).
So, Cydia is doing this to allow you to continue to use iTunes to restore to 4.x on iPhone3G and ipt2g outside of Apple’s signing window without needing to use redsn0w or PwnageTool to get around Apple’s annoying new restriction.
So Cydia Started to Save SHSH Blobs of older Devices as iPhone 3G and iPod Touch 2G as well, But we are lucky since the Check is "Soft", so it can be easily bypassed by using redsn0w or PwnageTool from the Dev Team.
According to FSM, iH8sn0w is now in work on a new update for Sn0wbreeze, he mentioned that Sn0wbreeze 2 is in Making for iOS 3.1.x / iOS 4.0 / iOS 4.0.1 and iOS 4.1 beta 1. This new update for Snm0wbreeze will support all devices except iPad and iPhone 4 as iH8sn0w didn't get a one yet!

I already found a way using PwnageTool which has been achieved by Criminal 90 ToolJail Author, So Let's begin the Jailbreak..
I think that there's no need to post a guide because it's already posted, It's the same steps as Jailbreaking iPhone 3GS on iOS 4, Just navigate PwnageTool to iOS 4.0.1 and customize it as you want then upgrade using the Custom Firmware, All What you have to do is to download the PwnageTool (links at the end) and iOS 4.0.1 FW, then follow the steps posted here.
After Done with the Jailbreak, You can unlock using Ultrasn0w 0.93 by following the step by step guide posted here, MUST Be Jailbroken

As you see in the tweet above, You have to be pre-jailbroken on iOS 4.. Which means that you have to Jailbreak iOS 4 using Sn0wbreeze or PwnageTool.
MaxdMerc, who is a guy working at the Apple Store, Lakeside (UK) has just posted on his twitter account that the next firmwareUpdate (iOS 4.0.1) might be delayed as Apple is fixing patch holes used to JailbreakiOS 4.
Guy in Apple Lakeside seems 2 think 4.0.1 is delayed as they r doing a fix 2 stop jailbreak that they have found. Dunno if true?
This delay may be due to the upcoming jailbreak by the guys in the iPhone Dev Team who confirmed that they will release a Jailbreak tool for all devices (Including iPhone 4) on iOS 4 / 4.0.1 [via Redmondpie]

(Especially if Spirit messed you up!). * Payload Pwner-r6 * sn0wbreeze V1.7 * iBooty V1.6 * 3.1.2/4.0 firmware downloaded. * iTunes 9.2 Installed ------- STEP A : Pwning iBoot I : Download this easy tool here -- Payload Pwner-r6 // It will help you create the payload.
